4th of July weekend!

We had a great 4th of July weekend. Chad was an absolute blessing all weekend -- not one single melt down. We left on Friday morning around his nap time. He slept for a while on the way up and when he was not sleeping he was playing with a toy and enjoying the ride. We did not have to stop one single time on the way up! Once we got there, he loved being held by everyone. I pumped all weekend so everyone else could feed him. It gave me a nice break but also gave him the opportunity to get used to other people. He did great! He took good naps while we were there and slept in his portable crib well at night so we were able to continue our sleep program. He was equally as good on the way home -- not one single crying spell. Thank the LORD!! We were all happy to be home and he slept well last night -- as did Craig and myself. GG bought Chad a swimming pool to cool off and lounge in and he took full advantage of it. Below are some pictures from the weekend. Don't laugh at the red and white baby outfit Chad is wearing -- we know he looks like a popcorn box but Chad's cousin Dustin wore that outfit 16 years ago and the Grandma's thought it would be fun to have Chad wear it as well. What the Grandma's want the Grandma's get!
