Events like this make me so thankful for the great playgroup that I was fortunate to become involved with over 3 years ago and the good friendships I have developed as a result of this playgroup. One of the Mommy’s (Kristen) hosted (again) our annual Gingerbread Making Event. It is always great fun and it is fun to watch throughout the years as the kids develop. The first year, the Mommy’s had to do it for the kids, the second year, the kids participated more but only lasted about 5 minutes, and this year the kids actually decorated the whole houses! Events like this allow my children to participate in fun, awesome activities even though they are not in daycare.
