Today was the big day. 4 shots for Annabel (which included her second flu shot) and 3 shots for Chad. Annabel handled her shots like a champ and stopped crying as soon as they were over. Chad on the other hand cried for probably 30 minutes afterwards and said that his legs no longer worked because of his shots, he didn’t know how to walk anymore because of his shots, etc. etc. For lack of a better word, he was a drama queen. But, hallelujah, as soon as we hit the Toys R Us parking lot, amazingly, he learned how to walk again. PTL – it’s a miracle!
Here are the stats:
Annabel: 27 lbs. (97%) and 33.25 inches tall (97%). Her head was about 19 1/4” (If I remember correctly) but whatever it was I remember she said it was also 97%.
Chad: 39 pounds (75%) and 43 inches tall (95%).
Both kids are healthy otherwise, no problems. Chad doesn’t get shots again until he is 11. Annabel on the other hand has a long road ahead of her.
