Peanut Butter & Jamm!

This event has been on my calendar for almost 2 months now! I have been super duper excited about it!! Another fun thing for us to do with Chad!

It is a Children's Festival held at one of the local shopping centers. The event has been publicized as, "Each Saturday children will enjoy kids interactive activities such as arts, crafts, games, and meet a character or two."

So, we got up, got yourselves ready, went and had breakfast (even got Merysia out of bed so she could come with us, which if you know her, it is quite a feat to get her out of bed) and were there right at the starting time of 9:30am.

And, let me tell you...



IT WAS LAME!!! Should have been advertised as, "A few booths advertising stuff to parents, a couple of things your kids might be interested in, and a mexican dude with a guitar playing some music."

I went to the restroom and by the time I came back Craig, Chad and Merysia were waiting on me ready to leave.

The best thing Chad found to do at this festival was look at a bug crawling on the concrete...

So much for the mommy trying to find fun things for us to do on a Saturday!
