For Chad’s class they did not have a Valentine’s Day party. Instead, the teacher wanted them to focus on what they liked about each other. It was quite humorous to see what other kids had to say about Chad and what Chad wanted to say about some of the other kids -- For example, “Ilese is getting better in class.” and then there was the kid that told Chad, “Chad always turns around and talks to me in class but he is still my friend.”
Annabel did not have school on Friday so I took her out for a special Valentine’s Day lunch.
Then, actual Valentine’s Day was on a Sunday. So, of course, I made the kids dress up in Valentine’s Day garb.
And then of course, Olive Garden for Valentine’s Day lunch.
